Free Consultation
We offer Coaching for individuals, couples and families according to the Nonviolent Communication principles of empathy for ourselves and others. Start your journey to better communication with a free consultation.
Individual Coaching
Experience the power of direct 1:1 work with an NVC trainer. Individual coaching can empower you with the awareness to experience the changes you long for. Offered at $60 – $180/hr, sliding scale.
Couples Coaching and Mediation
Nowhere in our lives do the wounds of our past experience become more apparent than in our romantic relationships. As we grow closer and more intimate, we can also touch into more challenges. Without support, we often find ourselves repeating patterns (both within a relationship and in subsequent relationships). As the facilitator of our Compassionate Couples Workshops and an experienced couples coach/mediator, Sandra offers compassionate support and impactful tools for your relationship. Offered at $70 – $240/1.5hr, sliding scale.
Family Coaching and Mediation
Whether you’re new to this work or longing for the skills you’re learning in NVC to make more impact in your family you’ll see powerful results. Not enjoying the ease of connection with a parent or sibling you would like? Facing major family changes? Experiencing unmet needs due to the impact of the choices family members are making? We want to help. As a mother who has been practicing NVC since her teenager was born, within various family dynamics, Sandra brings a wealth of experience and understanding along with skillful practices to help you and your family make some healthy shifts. Offered at $80 – $360/1.5hr, sliding scale.
Organization or Group Coaching & Mediation
Learn how to listen to, and be heard by others in a way that increases understanding, ease, collaboration and effectiveness. When conflict arises, get the support you need to move through the issue, include everyone’s voice, and get back on the same page with new tools to strengthen your team. Offered at $250 – $550/hr, sliding scale for up to 10 people. (Add $25/hr per additional person).

Would you like a targeted and personal approach to integrating the material of one of our workshops into your life?
