*NEW* Thursdays, 5:00pm – 6:45pm (Vika facilitates). Having trouble doing “Observations, Feelings, Needs, Requests” (OFNR) when you’re upset? We understand! This “Presence Practice” group will provide support for your “in the trenches” OFNR skills, including helping you develop the “presence muscles” we need to be able to witness and hold our own discomfort, distress, or reactivity with compassion, awareness, and response-ability. Perfect for anyone who would enjoy developing skill at mindfulness; “turning towards” our difficult emotions to release old, stuck patterns; and meeting our needs and remaining at peace no matter what’s going on within or around us. Interested in joining us? Send us an email with your contact information and the day and time of this practice group by clicking on the “Contact Us” button below.
