Are you struggling to gain command of the skills of NVC? Learn to have compassion for yourself and others as you more deeply integrate the skills and consciousness that Nonviolent Communication makes possible.
In this three-part class series we build upon your previous NVC foundation, emphasizing and adding practice in self-empathy as an essential first step in both integrating and developing competence in using NVC.
Each of the three series classes will meet on Thursday evenings for 8 weeks, with typically a one- or two- week break between series. Each series will include homework involving your current relationships that will integrate class material with real-life practice.
